1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of the platform 345f, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all the Terms and Conditions described here, as well as the Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling, which form an integral part of this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the services of the 345f. Continued use of the platform after changes are published on this page constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Registration & User Account

To use the services of the 345f, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may hold only one account on the platform, linked to a single CPF. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same CPF, IP address, or device — is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being blocked and any pending balances forfeited.

• You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials (email and password) confidential at 345f.
• Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility, even if performed by a third party who gained access to your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the 345f team immediately 345f by email at contato@345f.best.
• The 345f reserves the right to request identity verification documents (RG, CPF, or CNH) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain amounts.
• Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and balance retention while the matter is investigated.

3. Age Restriction

Access to and use of the services provided by 345f is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 years of age or older. By creating your account, you confirm you meet the minimum age requirement and authorize the 345f to carry out verification checks to confirm this information when necessary.

If there is reason to believe a user is under 18, the 345f may suspend the account immediately and request proof of age. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method, minus any winnings obtained during the irregular period of use.

Parents and guardians should restrict minors' access to online betting and casino platforms by using the parental control tools available on family devices.

4. Deposits

The 345f accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian currency (R$, BRL):

• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — compensation within up to 2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — instant processing subject to operator approval;

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals at the 345f must be made using the same method used for the deposit, always to an account in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. The 345f does not charge a fee on withdrawals processed via Pix.

Processing times by method:

• Pix — processed within 5 minutes in most cases, 24 hours a day;
• TED Transfer — processed within up to 3 business days after approval;
• Credit card — chargeback subject to the card issuer's timeline, typically 5 to 15 business days.

The 345f may request identity verification before processing withdrawals above R$ 1,000.00 or in cases where there is suspicion of irregular activity. Processing time is suspended during the verification period. Withdrawals requested on weekends or national holidays may begin processing on the next business day for methods other than Pix.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

The 345f offers periodic promotions, including a welcome bonus, weekly cashback, free spins, and a referral bonus. Each promotion has its own specific terms that should be read before accepting it. The general bonus conditions are:

• The welcome bonus is 100% of the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00, activated automatically with no promo code required;
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30 times the bonus amount (not of the deposit), within 30 days;
• Each game type contributes a different percentage toward rollover completion — slots and crash games contribute 100%, while live table games (blackjack, baccarat) contribute 10%;
• Bonus balances not met within the deadline are automatically cancelled by the system;
• Betting strategies that constitute bonus abuse are prohibited — for example, placing bets on opposing outcomes to complete rollover requirements without real risk;

7. Sports Betting Rules

The Sports Betting section of the 345f covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international competitions), UFC/MMA, Superliga de Vôlei, NBB basketball, e-sports, and many other sports. The general rules for Sports Betting are:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system and cannot be canceled by the user, unless the cash out feature is available and active for that particular bet;
• In the event of a cancellation or postponement, bets on the affected event are generally voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance;
• The 345f reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds published due to a system error;
• Bets placed on events whose outcome is already known at the time of the bet are automatically voided;
• The use of bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

8. Casino Games

All casino games available on the 345f — including slots, live casino, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and game shows — are provided by certified suppliers and audited by independent laboratories such as iTech Labs and GLI, ensuring randomness and fairness in all outcomes.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published by the provider and is available within the game interface. The 345f does not alter the RTP parameters of games provided by third parties.

• Placing coordinated bets with other users to guarantee a controlled outcome (malicious arbitrage);
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with the systems of the 345f;
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose, including money laundering;
• Transfer funds between different users' accounts;
• Sharing your login credentials with third parties.

Violating any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, balance cancellation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required under Brazilian law.

12. Account Closure

You may request the closure of your account at 345f at any time at contato@345f.best. The 345f will process the request within up to 5 business days. Available real-money balances will be returned to the original payment method, subject to each method's processing times.

The 345f may unilaterally close or suspend accounts in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, illegal activity, or at the request of competent authorities. In such cases, any balance refund process is subject to the completion of internal investigations.

In cases of self-exclusion for responsible gaming, closure is immediate and irreversible. The 345f does not reactivate permanently self-excluded accounts, in order to protect the user's own wellbeing.

13. Changes to These Terms

The 345f may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or industry best practices. When significant changes are made, you will be notified via your registered email and/or through a notification in your account dashboard with at least 7 days' notice.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account as described in section 12.

14. Applicable Law
